Looking for TeamSnap experts!!!

I am having trouble with the following on TeamSnap.

I can not find/produce standings. If you look at your individual team, you can

see your record.

I can print off scoresheets, but even for teams that have completed their rosters

with numbers, the rosters do not show up!
